Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return under this general policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, visit your account or contact us at hello@saarulife.com. Please note that the returns address may vary depending on the brand you have purchased.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union: right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and your order is shipped within the European Union, you have a separate, statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This right exists regardless of our general returns policy above.

To exercise this right, you may use the link above or send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (for example by email to hello@saarulife.com), including your order number. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.
You may inspect and handle the item to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, in the same way you would in a shop. You do not need to keep the item unopened or unused. If the item shows handling beyond what's needed to check it, we may deduct an amount from your refund that reflects the reduction in value.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
Once we receive the goods back (or evidence that you've sent them, if that's earlier), we will refund you all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise, and at no extra cost to you.
